How Did I live my life today?

This is a great exercise of awareness and a recapitulation of your life events and to be mindful of your day and how you live your life.

Do you remember just being on autopilot, being in judgment of self and others?

Did you set an intention and purpose for yourself today?

Did you ask or notice- “ Did I live my life authentically or did I posture and compensate and people-please out of fear and anxiety?

Ask yourself, “What do I really want to have in my life right now?” Is it peace, calm and balance or is it something else. Ask what is more important to you.

It is only by asking and enquiring within that you get answers. We would not need to look much outside of ourselves to others or things to show us the way or to fix us.

To be authentic sometimes requires us to review our relationships and the terms and conditions, we set for ourselves and for the world. How do we consciously and unconsciously show up in the world?
What are our expectations of the world and others?
Did you manipulate others to do your bidding? Did you insult or hurt someone out of your selfish needs or sense of inadequacy?

This is not intended as a judgment or self-criticism exercise but to move into an honest place reviewing our life, and how we live it day to day.
